Mountain biking 101

Learning to kiteboard is best learned by breaking the process down into smaller, measurable skill sets, you will have the most memorable 4 hours that you can imagine

Kitesurfing intro course

Our high intensity interval training at Quilchena Park use circuits, sprints, relays, intervals, speed and agility drills, hills and body-weight. This class is bound to get your heart pumping and your muscles stronger

Bootcamp

Dates:

June until October

For this particular session, we will run for 5 km at the Pacific Spirit park. We recommend you to bring your sport watch and trail running shoes.

Trail Running

Stand Up Paddle is low impact, strengthens the core, tones every muscle, and gets you on the water enjoying nature. Come ‘walk on water’ with us and enjoy the worlds fastest growing water sport!

 In a safe, controlled environment, participants are eased into indoor rock climbing by our guides. The sessions will begin with warm up activities and then moving into a progression of indoor climbs (2 hours). During the afternoon participants will learn and practice the basics of outdoor rock climbing (3 hours)
